After breakfasts, we start driving to Chitwan National Park. It takes us about 6 hours to reach this beautiful National Park to the down south of Nepal.
Chitwan national park was once the hunting ground of British and Nepalese aristocrats. Today, the animals - elephant, rhinoceros, tiger, leopard and deer - are protected, not shot. The greatest thrill here is to scout for wildlife on the back of an elephant. This national park is enlisted in the UNESCO’s Natural Heritage Site.

Day 3Chitwan Exploration Day 06:30 - 08:00 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
Full day in Chitwan National Park for exciting activities like: jungle walk, elephant riding, village visit, canoeing, visit to elephant breeding center, bird-watching etc. A nature guide will lead us through all the activities giving us more insights about the wildlife, flora and fauna in the national park. View of wild and aquatic life like rhinoceros, deer, bear, crocodile, and different birds can make our day there. In the evening we can enjoy the Tharu cultural show. Tharus are aboriginal people of the area who have their own language, culture and tradition.
Day 4Chitwan - Lumbini - Birth place of Buddha 06:30 - 08:00 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
Drive to Lumbini after breakfast. Lumbini is the birth place of Buddha where we will explore Buddhist monasteries of different countries and faith; visit the Mayadevi temple and sacred garden.
Stay in Hotel and evening meditation and diner.
Day 5Lumbini Exploration 06:30 - 08:00 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
Lumbini exploration starts after breakfast. Visit monasteries, sacred garden, Mayadevi temple and the vicinity. Find some time to meditate in the sacred garden under a Bodhi tree near the sacred pond of Pushkarini.
Day 6Lumbini - Pokhara - Lake city06:30 - 08:00 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
Drive to Pokhara after breakfast. The drive is very scenic one on the mountain highway. Enjoy the drive in the mountains of Nepal.

Day 7Pokhara Exploration - Lake and mountainWe wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot, a beautiful hill in Pokhara famous for Sunrise, for 35 minutes. A real Closed-up look of the Annapurna and Fishtail, and the unparalleled Sunrise from there makes a perfect start of our day. After Sunrise, we come back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we go to hike up to World Peace Stupa, a nice hiking destination in Pokhara which will take us one hour to reach the top. It’s a beautiful viewpoint and a Buddhist Pilgrimage as well. Later we come down to visit Davis falls and cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp. We can choose to do some adventure activities like Paragliding, ultralight flight and Zip flyer as well with an extra cost.

Day 8Pokhara 900 m - Tikhedhunga 1527 m 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
We take breakfast after yoga class and get ready to drive from Pokhara to Nayapul which is about 1.5 hours drive and eventually trek to Tikhedhunga on a nice dirt road alongside beautiful river stream. The beginning of the trek gives you glimpses of the Himalayan peaks but rest of the day we will enjoy the beauty of green mountain
Approximate Trekking Duration - 5 Hrs We will spend the night at an comfortable Guest House (called the tea house) at 1527 meters and evening meditation and diner.
Day 9Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani 2810 m 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
After breakfast at the tea house we start the trek of the day. Probably, the most difficult day of the trek given that the trail goes only higher in elevation. The first part of the trek is a steep upward walk for about 2 Hrs and then a gradual upward walk. The walk on the stone paved steps is a daring adventure early in the morning. The whole trail leads you through villages and forest to Ghorepani where your efforts will be rewarded with magnificent close up views of the Himalaya (given the weather is clear).Approximate Distance - 18 km
Approximate Trekking Duration - 7 Hrs. We will stay the night at a Guest House at 2810 meters and evening meditation and diner.
Day 10Ghorapani Poon Hill 3210 m - Tadapani 2700 m 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
Early morning hike to Poon hill, the highlight of the trip, about 1.5 Hrs, to see the spectacular sunrise and the views of 10 different peaks.
We will trek back to Ghorepani for the breakfast. After enjoying the second mountain breakfast, we will trek to Tadapani, another great place to take in close up views of the Himalaya. It is a pleasant walk through a lush green forest.
Eventually we will stay the night at a guest house at 2700 meters. and evening meditation and diner
Day 11Tadapani 2700 m trek to Jhinu 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
We are craving for yet another 6 hours walk today. Today’s walk takes us through beautiful mountain civilization and some forested areas. We will also admire the meditative sound of the flowing river that we come across the trail. When we reach today’s destination, Jhinu, we take a short relaxing break and then get ready to go to take a refreshing natural hot spring bath. we will stay the night at a guest house at 2700 meters. and evening meditation and diner
Day 12Jhinu - Pokhara 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
The last day of our trek in the mountain is also no less interesting than other days. After 4 hours of a beautiful scenic walk, we take a Jeep ride to Nayapul and another ride to Pokhara. Stay in Pokhara and evening Meditation class
Day 13Pokhara Exploration Day 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
Today is the day to explore Pokhara. We go for boating on the lake and visit a temple in the middle of the lake. We have free time to enjoy the beauty of Pokhara. You can take relaxing massage, spa treatment and also adventure activities like Paragliding, ultralight flight, zip flyer etc in an extra cost.Stay in Pokhara hotel and evening Meditation class.
Day 14Pokhara – Kathmandu06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
We are driving back to Kathmandu today after our breakfast. It takes us about 7 hours to reach Kathmandu. We can fly back with an extra cost. Later in the evening, we go for farewell Nepali dinner with cultural show in Kathmandu and can have discussion about the trip experience Stay in Yoga Center.
Day 15Departure Day 06:30 - 07:30 am--Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
Today is our last day of the Nepal Yoga Tour and Trek, so representative of Pink Mountain Treks and Expedition will transfer you to airport before three hours of your flight schedule for the departure to your destination.
